Udon..


Hi minna

Do you want to taste and to make the Japanese Udon by yourself ??? ...

( For 4 People )

Quantities :
300 g Flour .
150 ml warm water .
15 g Salt .


Soup :
you can make what you like of Soup ( Chicken , Sea Food ) .




The method :
1. Thaw the salt in the water
2. Put the Flour in a wide plate and add the solution on it .
3. Make a dough from the Flour and the Salt solution .
4. Put the Paste in a plastic bag for 30 mins .
5. After that make a  straight layer from the paste and make a  3 layers over each other .
6. Cut the paste into small segments of 3 mm .
7. Put the segments in hot water for 8 ~ 10 mins .
8. Filter the segment from the hot water .
9. Separate the segments and wash it using cold water .
10. Make the soup and put the segments while cooking .
11. In the end put the Udon in the plate and enjoy your time . 

* You can Put Onion , Cheese , Egg , Meat or Chicken fillet for the decoration .

Konapun .....



Hey minna ......
Nice videos because of the end of the first course ( Fall 2011 ) in UAE university .....

Konapun is an awesome Japanese toy that lets you make ultra-realistic miniature fake food. It comes with all of the "ingredients" you need to make whatever the theme of the kit is plus adorable little utensils and cooking implements that make the process more realistic. There is actually no heat involved in making the food. All you do is mix these special powders with water.

Cook With Us: Chicken Tempura


Today, we have a great Japanese food.. Most of us like to eat chicken.. And we have it today Japanese-style.
I won't make you wait for long. Let's start.

Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to season
Preparation:
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat water in a pan and boil the chicken in the pan. Drain well and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix egg yolk and water in a bowl and add flour and mix lightly. Whip egg white firmly in another bowl and add into the batter. Heat oil in 350 F. Dip chicken pieces into the batter and fry until crisp.
