Festivals in Japan



There are many local festivals ( Matsuri ) in Japan, almost every shrine celebrates their events by themselves. most festivals are held annually and they celebrate for seasonal events, historical events, and for the deity shrine. some of these events are held over several days.

People pulled through the town accompanied by drum and flute music by sitting on the floats, and some people are dancing . some festivals are energetic and noisy, and some of them are calm and meditative.

Japanese Dragon




Japanese dragons are diverse legendary creatures in Japanese truth and folklore. Japanese dragon amalgamate native legends with imported stories about dragons from China, Korea and India. The style of the dragon was heavily influenced by the Chinese dragon. Like these other Asian dragons, most Japanese ones are water deities associated with rainfall and bodies of water and are typically depicted as large, wingless,serpentine creatures with clawed feet.
