Ramen ( Japanese Noodles )

Have you ever tasted  Japanese food ? , I think that your answer will be "yes Sushi" …
From today I need from you to remember this traditional food which called " Ramen "
Ramen (ラーメン) is a Japanese noodle dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a meat- or fish-based broth, often flavored with soy sauce or miso, and uses toppings such as sliced meat , dried seaweed (海苔, nori), kamaboko, green onions, and occasionally corn. Almost every locality in Japan has its own variation of ramen, from the Kyūshū's ramen to the of Hokkaidō's ramen .

Sword Dance and Shadowgraph

A very interesting show by Taichi Saotome in Tokyo. He uses shadow to create a mini play or a dance with the shadows.

It is very amazing! you should see it :)
